Gilberto is a Costa Rican chef, founder, and content creator focused on exploring and documenting the ingredients, people, and food culture of Guanacaste. His work at RLT is centered on local products, seasonality, and creating a closer connection between the kitchen and its surroundings. He has collaborated with brands such as National Geographic and Salomon, and is also featured in 25 Best Chefs Costa Rica.
Jocselyne has led our kitchen for the past two years. Disciplined, focused, and a natural leader, she plays a key role in maintaining the standards and consistency behind RLT Cuisine.
Josué has been part of RLT since the very beginning. He started as a dishwasher and grew into one of the most creative and dependable cooks on our team.
Originally from Cartago, Rodolfo has called Guanacaste home for more than five years. He joined our team a year ago and brings a deep appreciation for fire, local ingredients, and cooking with intention.
Fiorella began her journey at RLT as a kitchen assistant before finding her place in the world of mixology. Today, she leads our beverage program and develops the pairings that complement each dining experience.
Originally from Cartago, Andrea moved to the coast to continue growing in the world of pastry. She now leads RLT’s dessert program, with a special focus on creative gluten-free preparations.
Sebastián is a young cook taking his first professional steps in a commercial kitchen with us. Disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn, he represents a new generation of Costa Rican culinary talent.
Known to all of us as Doña Noemy, she prepares our daily staff meals and helps keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. Her care, consistency, and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team.
