The Food Lab is RLT in its most personal form.
There is no published menu. Each evening remains a surprise, shaped by what arrived from the Pacific, what was harvested nearby, and what we believe is worth cooking that day.
You simply take your seat and let the evening unfold.
The menu is tailored around any allergies or dietary restrictions shared with us in advance, while preserving the spirit of the experience.
No fixed dishes. No predetermined sequence.
Just four seats, an open kitchen, and a menu created for that particular night.
Some dishes may return in another season, in another form. Others may exist only once.
